Team Retail Excellence does not just work with “conventional” retailers and brands. It is important to us to engage with, support, and encourage, small unique retailers and brands that enrich consumers’ lives.
In 2007 our teammate Alexander von Keyserlingk founded the Slowretail blog. He has been running it ever since. The blog highlights merchants with initiatives that will truly enrich the lives of our consumers – a communications centre for retail, which engages consumers at a more comfortable pace. It has attracted the interest and participation of a wide range of companies from small start-ups to established brands – all united in their love of a good product and excellent service … and all aiming to create an authentic, sustainable environment.
