Since 2007, our Team Retail Excellence colleague and Slow Retail initiator Alexander von Keyserlingk has been operating a blog to present fine retailers from the big and not so big world of consumerism. He draws the attention of his continuously growing fan community to characteristic retailers and initiatives that enrich our lives as consumers. Startup or time-honored company? What counts is the love of fine products, excellent service and the commitment to authenticity in both areas. These are our personal "Heroes of Retail."
